Where Are You, God?

Where are You God, today? I’m seeking Your face. Are You here in my messy life? That howling-at-the-moon feeling hit me again this Christmas. Leaking out in tears. Where are You, my God?

In my morning time having coffee with me? Yes. You are here, my Father. In my center. Around my being. Over me, around me- Your presence keeping me sane while I fight the bulls of Bashan; enemy voices screaming in my ear.

Devil, you are under my feet and I bind you and command you to cease and desist your maneuvers against me right now in the Name of Jesus! I bind up this attack. I plead the Blood of Jesus on my mind! I have power, love and a sound mind. I am not alone in this. Jesus is with Me and I am seated in Him.

And I know my Redeemer lives. I know You are here, with me, my Lord. Lion of the tribe of Judah. King of Kings and Lord of Lords. You are saying, “Peace, be still to my heart and the circumference of my entire being. You will come through this. I AM with you. I will never leave you or forsake you. This light attack is only for a moment. My grace is sufficient for you.

I praise You and trust You, Lord, in this little storm. I worship You. I am Yours.
