Your word is a lamp to my feet
And a light to my path.
My father told me that a man is only as good as his word. I was talking with my son a few days ago about people no longer keeping their word. He said something like, “no one expects that anymore”. Yesterday, the Lord told me that it was His integrity that keeps the earth in its place. His integrity keeps it from spinning off into the outer reaches of space. One cannot have faith if they do not understand integrity. God is true to His Word. God’s Word and His faithfulness to His Word- the Rock on which I stand. The lamp unto my feet. The universe is upheld by the Word of His power. Integrity is not out of fashion. It is woven into the very foundation of life. It upholds us. Seedtime and harvest. God’s idea. Still in place. He spoke all of the principles that govern the universe into place. That, my friend, is the Word of His power.
