On Being Hurt
I was wounded by someone I love. I felt it coming. Knew it was coming. I sparked mad. Quenched it. Wanted to lash out. Stopped. It was there- this horrid pain. I asked the Lord to help me- forgive. I will not bring it up (jaw set). He said, “What do you want”? I said, “Forgive them and help me”. He said, “You can’t hurt a dead person”. Then, “I was wounded in the house of My friends” (too). It left.
