I am one of the church of the redeemed. The ecclesia. Blood bought. Spirit filled. Following Jesus. His voice, His whisper, His leading, His prompting. I am pressing towards the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus. Searching the scriptures daily. I am a fugitive from religion and sorry to say, at times a fugitive from Him. But He never left me. I am not special. I know He lives. I am a remnant. He told his followers to gather up the fragments so that nothing is wasted. He makes something beautiful out of remnants.
My purpose is to share things of the Spirit that I have learned, gleaned and gathered in my long life. Some from the Word, some from great men and women of God, some from experience. All of it agrees with the Word, and to the best of my ability, to hear from the Holy Spirit. Scripture references will be noted on my blog.
My writing style is unpolished, clipped like my thoughts. I usually write my "impressions" as I am reading the Word and praying in the quiet hours of the day. When the Holy Spirit speaks to me, I journal it. Often I get a piece of a scripture in my spirit and follow the prompting for further revelation in the Bible. I will share these with you as I am led. Hopefully this may help someone else on their journey. We are fellow pilgrims.
